Pet Supplies Plus Wallington

I really like this store overall, it’s a great place. The main reason I visit is for the self wash, but that area could use some improvement. When I get to the tubs, they’re often not very clean. There also aren’t enough hooks to hang supplies, and there isn’t a table available for drying dogs afterward. I’d love to see more attention given to cleanliness and setup in the self wash area, because it would make a big difference.

Very dedicated workers and very present to take care of your needs. Highly recommend! Wasn't sure what food my locally found insects and fish needed. They guided me through the decision process!

so the reply is "plus reward program"? more coupons and "special promotions"? i should take away the one star i gave you. just give me your best without thje juggling of coupons, promotions, and rewards. Pick one and Keep it simple... It’s an ok store with ridiculous to follow coupons. I use it for the convenience of location, otherwise I’d shop somewhere else.

The company Pet supplies plus is a reliable store, each location carries the same items so wherever I am, I can trust going to any PSP I will be able to purchase items for my pets. They offer great loyalty point system that add up over time as long as you enter your # during each purchase, and eventually get discounts on future purchases. This staff was very friendly, one staff shared information about her pet rabbit and his favorite treats which I really appreciated. I recommend

The self dog wash station in this location is repulsive. The wash stations do not seem like they have been cleaned in months. Dog hair was everywhere and the tub was clogged when washing my dog. There was urine all throughout the store. Please do better.
