I’ve been there 2 times recently because my Yorkie has digestive issues. Both times I was helped by a wonderful lady named Missy. I had to review your store and her specifically. She is so AWESOME 👏 AMAZING. I’m a loyal customer now because of her. She is the best! Please congratulate her on fantastic service and give her a raise!!

My dog has been seen by the same groomer for the last five years in Jacksonville. We decided to try a groomer that is closer to home. This was my dog’s first time at this grooming location. When I booked the appointment, I made sure to inform them all about his many quirks. When we arrived, it was clear that he was scared and anxious. I dropped him off and he was there for two hours. I then received a text message to come pick him up that they could not groom him and they would let me know what happened when I got there. Once I arrived, I was not greeted by any of the groomers working there. She brought my dog out and informed me that they tried grooming him multiple times with different stylists and that he was too difficult for them to handle. He is an 8 pound toy poodle. It was our first time having our wiggly terrier mix groomed. The groomers here were amazing! We talked through everything first and then they called me very timely for pickup. The wiggly terrier looked adorable! He smelled good, was nice and fluffy, they clipped all the right places and the groomers were so nice! I will definitely be back!

Great store with polite, helpful staff. Very clean, supports local charities and has kitties for adoption. Missy is consistently one of the most upbeat, friendly and helpful people I have the opportunity to interact with in a business. Wouldn't get my pups supplies anywhere else.
