I had an appointment that morning with a competitor that canceled on me. As I was driving home, I decided to stop here and book a future appointment for my pup. The ladies in the grooming salon were so very friendly and helpful. One of the young ladies advised me that if I just needed a face trim for my Shorkie. I could pay five dollars and that’s just a walk-in. As I agreed to do that and went to make the appointment for a future haircut and bath, another young lady, Kristina, offered to do it that day. I was so thankful and appreciative. I dropped her off at 10:30 and picked her up around one when I got my daughter from school. Liberty Sparkle Puffball R. looks amazing! We will definitely be booking for the future and so far, I believe we found our groomer.

The place is never stocked, it's a mess. There's barely anyone ever working there. It's sad since the people there are so nice, but they definitely need to up the stock and fix the place up. I won't shop here anymore.

Convenient location. Prices are great and usually have items I use on sale. Can earn points for more savings. Friendly staff.

Disappointed After 4 Years of Loyalty I've been a loyal customer of this pet store for four years, consistently choosing to support a local business over online giants like Chewy and Amazon. Unfortunately, that changed yesterday. I arrived at the store at 6:02 PM on Sunday, just two minutes after closing, desperate to buy the only dog food my pet can eat. I knocked which they looked at my son & me and ignored and even called at 6:04 PM, explaining the situation, but was told on the phone that they wouldn’t make an exception. I understand policies and closing times! BUT this felt incredibly rigid and impersonal. They clearly didn’t care that my dog would go without food just because I arrived two minutes after closing. I'm not sure if the owner is aware that this is how long-time custome

I am very disappointed to find that you have limited your already scarce supply of cat foods, etc. There are so many aisles for dogs, but limited for cats. Some of us really do love and have cats. I like dogs too but prefer cats. I will be looking for another store that better serves cat owners. Once again so disappointed, this used to be a great store. Even customer service has gone downhill.
