Pet Supplies Plus Stephenville

I'm writing this review to bring attention to the way this store treats their animals. I am aware that the enclosure sizes and the betta cups are a corporate requirement and can't be changed by individual employees, but the tidiness of the enclosures and the health of the animals is the direct responsibility of the employees. The baby leopard geckos ALL had stuck shed on their toes and on other parts of their bodies. The adult leopard geckos had feces piled up in the corners of the enclosures that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days. It's not the first time I have gone in here and it's looked like this. The Pink toe tarantula was also up in the corner of the habitat and had no enrichment despite being an arboreal spider and there was a dead cricket in the water bowl that looked lik

Store is always clean, we love the new dog wash! And staff is very nice, especially Emily! She assisted us as well as got our lil guy a toy, thank you!

Always a pleasant shopping experience. The staff is helpful and we usually find what we need each trip. Some great specials and sales on a regular basis! We even found some fun dog cookies for our furry ones!

I took my Standard Poodle to Pet Supplies Plus to use their bathing facilities. I was impressed with the ease and cleanliness of their bathing area. Everything was arranged to be user friendly and convenient. I highly recommend their dog bathing area!

Besides my doggie sticking her face in every single treat Box low enough for her to reach. It was great very clean very friendly staff. I love love love the self serve bathing stalls my dog hates baths, and she knew when she got in the gate that it was over with, but I got myself an account Through them and got the dirty dog discount card so that we can take her to get her baths regularly. We will definitely be shopping here regularly for our fur baby Rosie Mae!
