Pet Supplies Plus St Albans

We took our puppy to wash several weeks ago and the wash bays were filthy. Will not be using again. We had our furbaby groomed last week and he looked great. That’s not my problem, we were charged $78! If I’m going to pay that, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Everyone is very helpful. There is a great selection and I love that is so close to home. Prices are very comparable to other pet stores.

Always a great experience coming here. Staff are friendly and more than willing to help with questions. As for grooming/nail cutting, Teri is amazing! My dog isn’t the easiest and is a bit scared, but Teri is so patient with her and does a great job every time. We love coming here!

I think all of the associates are friendly. I’m there so often some I know by name . When I have questions, they find answers. Team efforts 🤗8 out of 10 times I’m able to get all I need. Can’t have everything every time. Nobody does. I shop in the st Albans location because of selection and service … my go toooo 🤗

I am always greeted with a friendly face and an offer of assistance with whatever I need. Great selection of products. And the animals in the store are well taken care of - you can tell the employees love the them!
