Pet Supplies Plus Spring Hill

Pets Supplies Plus is the only place I actually enjoy spending money at. The fact that it’s a local franchise compared to a corporate store is a plus. The associates knowledge and willingness to help when asked is Old School CUSTOMER SERVICE, Love it!!! And their emails are quick and to the point about upcoming events, sales and coupons. It’s nice to see what’s coming without being redirected to the website or app.

This place is really cool. Took my dog in and for the price it's so worth it. I did a one time wash for 14 but I am going to buy the card. They supply everything but the brush. No time limit and more than enough shampoos and conditioner. They had 3 shampoos and and shampoo and conditioner. My only complaint is the blow dryer wasn't very strong and blew cold air. Other than that they had towels and an apron and they clean the mess. To me the cleaning the mess alone was worth 14 bucks. Definitely recommend. Hes all clean and mad at me lol

Alyssa, the store manager, was incredible. she spent about 10 minutes with me and answered every single question to a T — so patient, so helpful, and genuinely knowledgeable. Joss was my cashier and was super sweet! she even helped me save money at checkout and was so nice to talk to. and Avery — absolute angel — carried all of my things out to my car! this Pet Supplies Plus location is truly the best. everyone was so kind and helpful. love them so much!

Great customer service! I called in and spoke with the manager, Connor, who kindly helped me with an online order I was placing. I was having trouble with a coupon code, and he was extremely patient while I finished putting everything in my cart. Really appreciated his help!

I’ve always used Pet Supplies even in New York, when I moved to Florida, I was looking for a groomer, my dog ( Ollie ) would easily bond with. I am pleased to say he found that groomer in Maria. She is patient, gentle And Ollie always looks great after a day at the spa. Thank you Maria for taking such good care of my 4 Best Friend. You are an asset to pet supplies plus grooming !
