The atmosphere is amazing! I have been shopping in that place since 2023, when I went by to get some pet products for my rabbits and I feel relieved that I can use my coupons easily with no complication especially when they saved my butt twice if I don't have enough money. Let me start by saying this: when you’re responsible for hundreds of animals—mostly birds—you get to know every pet supply store within a 50‑mile radius. And out of all the places I’ve tried, this one hits the sweet spot. The staff actually knows their stuff, the selection is solid without being overwhelming, and the prices are very competitive. Every now and then they host pet adoptions too, which means you might walk in for bird seed and walk out with a new best friend. It’s a warm, helpful, well‑run shop that makes caring for a small zoo just a little easier.

Almost got attacked by a pit bull in the parking lot when we arrived. Grooming appointment was at noon they didn't finish until 430. We paid for the full service grooming but they didn't clean the ears or trim the pads of her feet. The groomer said she was tired and couldn't do it but they charged me full price. Sorry but you lost a once a month customer. At 118 a shot you lost a lot of future income.
