I cannot say enough good things about Paige. After a really upsetting experience with our previous groomer (who refused to groom my dog even though she had been going there for years), I was honestly worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone willing to work with my elderly, diabetic dog. Then I found Paige — and I’m so grateful I did. Sadie immediately liked her and didn’t give her any trouble going into the back, which never happens. You can tell right away that Paige truly loves dogs and treats them with patience and care. Sadie looks absolutely fantastic, and we will definitely be back. Sadie approved — and so do I!

Pet Supplies Plus South Bend is hands-down one of the best pet stores in the area. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help—whether you’re picking up food, treats, or supplies for a picky pet. The store is clean, well-organized, and stocked with a great selection at fair prices. I really appreciate how welcoming they are and how willing they are to answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell they actually care about animals and their owners. This is my go-to spot for all my pet needs, and I highly recommend it to anyone with furry (or scaly!) family members. 🐾

i don’t know if this is just me, but i am very dissatisfied with the state of the animals that are on this store. these beauties just do not seem well taken care of, it could be the lack of love but i hope they receive better care. not to mention, almost half of their fish tanks were very cloudy and their ferrets didn’t seem to have very many toys or huts to hide. there was one house that is fit for a guinea pig, ferrets like to burrow themselves and their enclosure was not fit for that.

I had my dog groomed at pet supplies plus in Greenwood Plaza yesterday. We met a groomer that we had not had before and I just wanted to say how amazing she is at her trade. She was very honest in her demeanor and professional. She explained everything that she did, and you could tell that she was very enthusiastic about doing a good job. The truth is, she did an amazing stellar job like I’ve never seen before on my dog. Please see the pictures. I was wondering where I could wash my dog (Newfoundland) since he is a big dog. Pet supplies plus had me covered, and the best part you sign up with rewards you get rhe wash for half off. So I said yes, and I now take him there to get washed. Service is great, and the atmosphere is good too.
