Pet Supplies Plus Short Hills

I love Pet Supplies Plus. They have everything we need and they have fantastic sales as well as rewards programs. Their website is very easy to use an in-store shopping is even better. I have two puppies and so many questions and every time I go into the store the employees are friendly and , especially Jay. He has helped me pick out so many things for my pups and everything has been perfect. I am so glad that this is so close to my house and I will continue at Pet Supplies Plus for many years.

The owner of this store is super kind, professional and generous. We met her and an owner from another store (the Bayville one) at the Aquashella fish expo in Edison. My son had injured himself earlier in the day and she and her coworker gave him and my daughter a little gift to cheer my son up. They also gave my husband, who is a relatively new tank owner, some really cool stuff, as well as some great tips and tricks. I will 100% visit her store when we go to the Short Hills area. I can tell she and her associate are the kind of owners who really care about and value their jobs, animals and their customers. Pet Supplies Plus have gained some new customers for life!!

The staff are very nice and always say hi when you enter the building. The store is clean and organized. The staff are also knowledgeable and helpful on different pets needs.

Dont go here for grooming. Horrible. Brought 2 dogs there for a simple bath and it took over 4.5hrs. When I showed back up after 2.5hrs to pick them up she looked at me like I was crazy and asked why I was here? And that she didnt call me yet. The whole experience was just awful, unprofessional and have my dogs in crates for way longer than they needed to be. Will NEVER GO BACK
