Pet Supplies Plus Shillington

I’ve been taking my 14 year old chihuahua here for grooming for a few years. She recently passed and I adopted a 2 year old terrier mix who I will continue to take here for grooming because they always do a great job for a reasonable price. They also have a wide variety of toys, food, and treats. I can pretty much get everything I need for my dog at one place, which is really convenient.

A vast assortment of pet supplies available for all different types of pets. What impressed me the most is the Large variety of moist and dry foods available. Huge selection of toys and treats. For a variety of pets. I shop for 2 dogs and 3 adult cats and 3 kittens. Proplan is my favorite brand for our dogs. It's a large selection for any type of pet. All of the toys. I love coming here. I try to bring our dogs. One at a time to pick out a new toy. Finding everything I needed. The price was great too. The staff is excellent, friendly and courteous.

Love this place staff is wonderful. Usually I can find the stuff I need for my pet if they don’t have it in stock they are glad to order it for you but I must say they don’t keep up with the customer. It would be nice if they can give a call or a text or shoot an email stating that the order went through or they don’t have in stock. I did have to wait a month and still I have not received the order that I purchased, but the cashier was gladly to take again my information. I am waiting at this time to see if they contact me stating they receive my order. I can pick it up or at least tell me what’s going on. What is the delay? but the most part I recommend this store to everyone 😃

Second time I take my puppy there, whole different person to cut her hair. Took 4 hours usually they take 2-2:30 at most. I realized a spot on her leg fully shaved off , I payed for her nails to be cut/trimmed and I just realized they weren’t cut at all. I just think it’s crazy because they are now more expensive than petco but you cannot count on your dog getting what you’re paying for. I’ve never had this problem, my dog usually loves staying at the pet store (petco) or even usually at someone’s house to cut her hair & she did NOT want to stay not sure why.

The store is a great location, they offer delivery service, which is great! I buy my dog food in the largest bag, so having it delivered is so nice! The prices are comparable to larger chains, but this location is so close to me, it makes sense to buy from here. They are the only store in my immediate area (that I know of) that sells my dogs favorite bones, Lennox brand. I have also used their grooming services, which are great. I was using their veterinary care service, but had to find another vet because every time I would go there, there was no one working, and they were closed. But as far as the store is concerned, very friendly staff, helpful, always have what I need. Some of the items are a little pricey, but they do have sales and you earn points for money off purchases so that’s ni
