Great pet store with great customer service! Pet selection is not huge but boy do they have some really cool and some rare reptiles. We purchased a pied genetic stripe translucent bearded dragons from them to add to our reptile family. The employees seem to really care about the animals which is a huge factor into the animals health. My little one is doing great and loving its new oasis. Great job Pet Supplies Plus

I was disappointed as soon as I saw the juvenile bearded dragons with a coil uvb light and a purple light in this super small enclosure. The 2 were separated but the enclosure was so small. Anyway the day I went we rescued both those babies.

My son wants to have bearded dragon, so we went to check. The staff heard our discussion, helped with info sheet. They are very helpful. Not many pet options but variety of supplies are amazing.

Great selection of food that's competitively priced. There's a well maintained pet wash station as well. Unfortunately, the staff always seems busy doing things other than asking if they can help you. In addition, the rewards program changed and now it's a joke. Coupons expire before you have a chance to use them.

Too much overhead too many problems with auto ordering you never have what I need so it doesn't do me any good to spend the time I spent the craft what my wanted my order order to be all the time that you don't have it doesn't do me any good I have three Maine Coons with really particular taste okay I'm trying to set up something for pickup online and I've spent an hour password sending a link for the password reset password not working email won't no this is like the third time in this many years y'all have had these kind of problems at. I got to go improve your systems I don't have enough time to waste the time I've had to waste get a convenience of a pickup order
