Pet Supplies Plus Phoenix - Deer Valley

I went in to buy a punch card for the self wash about a week or so ago. When I went in I said I wanted to buy the bulk card for the self wash. The cashier immediately got defensive with me and said they don't do bulk of anything. I then mentioned on the website it said I can buy multiple self washes at a time to save money. She rolled her eyes and eventually agreed that there is a card for self wash. I tried to ask a couple more questions about it since I have several 50-70lb dogs. She didn't really have the answers or patience, even though i was the only one in line at the time, so I bought the card and left. When I went back to check the area so I knew what I needed for when I did my monthly baths, I saw a sign that says there's only a 20 minute time limit. Online it says that only appli

Brought my dog for a grooming appointment didn’t happen because of immunization records not available my fault completely. But the the groomer was amazing and sweet. The entire staff there tried to make LuLu and myself comfortable and welcomed. Will definitely be back.

Loving this local pet store that just opened so close to home. Went in there to browse and came out with some fun cat toys. My cat is loving her new gifts from here. Friendly service also. Will be back. =)
