Pet Supplies Plus Petoskey

The staff were so helpful and friendly! They answered all our questions about reptiles. They showed us what we would need and made sure we had the proper setup for a Gecko. They gave us a pamphlet will all the info we need about our gecko and a supply list. They even said to come back if we had any questions! What great customer service! The employees are pet owners themselves and I can tell that they want what is best for both customers and pets. Thank you so much. Yoshi is so happy in his new home already and is doing great!

Always friendly service. Items always stocked. They always load my order into the car. Very easy!

Another garbage store that has to be able to track your life if you want the sales price of anything. They didn't have what I wanted and then I'd have to sign up for their garbage if I wanted the sale prices. Stupid and bad business. I didn't realize that they were like this. Here's one customer lost forever and I'll never recommend them again. Go dangle your price carrot in front of someone else.

The reason this review is getting a 3 star review is because I havent been able to find my normal supplies for over a month now. The service is always good and they are polite.

I love going to the store. People are always so friendly and helpful today. One of the clerks carried out a 75 pound bag of dog food for me! I didn’t even have to ask. Also, they are giving away free gifts if you take your dog in the store. I got a really nice toy And a bag dispenser. Anyways, just wanted to give a shout out and thank them for their thoughtful service, I’ve noticed it every time I go in. I’m sorry I didn’t get the name of the gentleman who helped me today.
