Pet Supplies Plus Omaha

My family and I recently purchased a ferret from this pet store. When we initially went in my husband mentioned to the sales associate that was helping us that the ferret looked a little skinny. The associate who was helping us was named Casey and she was a store manager. She assured us that all of their ferrets come in this skinny and it’s totally normal. We returned about a week later and purchased the ferret. At the time of purchase Casey was there along with a gentleman named Gabe. I chatted with both Casey and Gabe for a little bit and the conversation was great. I left the store feeling like I had found my new pet store. Fast-forward a day and a half, and I go to get the ferret out of the cage and his whole back end is dragging, and he was very lethargic. I immediately called the pet

Ideally, I’d love to review corporate… but seeing as they think my opinion is a joke, I’ll leave a review here as well. I was a loyal customer here for over 5 years. ADORED this company. It was neighborhood friendly. Cost effective. Great rewards. And they carried the specific brand and formula of dog food my baby needs for her skin issues. In this last year, they have completely redone their rewards program to “reach more people”. Previously, your account would accrue points to be cashed in for varying dollar amounts at your discretion. Now, they auto dump your points at the start of the month. So for those of us living paycheck to paycheck, we never again earn a reward, nor will we be able to choose when it would most benefit us. This change comes after people forgot about their points

I go here for all my fish needs sence the selection is limited. I like not havging so manny overwhelming options. The manager here is always happy to help and so nice. The staff are always smiling and its nice to see.

Alot of options for cats and dogs definitely more for dogs. Keep an eye out because they do have some great sales as well. The staff is helpful. The there is a do it yourself dogs wash in the back as well.

I’ve been shopping here since I moved to the area in February. Since then, I’ve used their self-service pet bath facilities AT LEAST a dozen times, and each time, there has been a bottle of spritzer to spray my dogs with after their baths, and the customer experience has always been great. I’ve been a loyal customer for this business and have bought all of my pet supplies here, spending hundreds of dollars per month at this location, while providing my pet-owning friends with good reviews and recommendations. Today, I had an extremely negative interaction with a new manager today, or at least someone who I’ve never seen working here before. I did not get her name (regrettably).
