Everyone is so nice here! I love bringing my dogs to the store and they love going there. The employees are all wonderful. The dog groomers are excellent. Cannot say enough good things about this store.

I have bought two baby reptiles from this place. One being a crested gecko and another being a ball python. Not only did they tell me the ball python was eating and was ready to go. They also added the snake was healthy and used to people. When I got home and gave it several weeks, the snake was off. It wouldn't eat nor did it shed or anything. The snake was greatly ill I believed and passed away in a few months. There was no way they didn't know the snake was sick and wasn't feeding before I bought it. I believe they did but lied to make a quick buck. Wouldn't suggest buying reptiles from this place. As most the times, the reptiles aren't even tamed enough to be held. They seem aggressive to wanting to bite and such.

I'm kind of disappointed with pet supply, plu. To tell you one thing and deny it when you get coupons.And they told you their grandfather, them in then they deny when you go take your animal to get groomed, they refuse to do a lot of stuff you want done, then they charge you double

Our dog loves taking a trip here and walking around sniffing out treats and toys. Friendly helpful staff that seem to love animals.
