The people make the store when it comes to retail, and that is very much the case here. Anjali helped us and was incredibly sweet and kind. She let us hold the ferret which was honestly a healing experience for my husband and I since we lost ours over a decade ago. Offered to help us find the cat food we needed as well. The store had all the Purina food we were looking for. 10/10 would return, both for the sweet little ferret guy there and the service.

Super fun place with great selections of fur baby needs! I spent a little under an hour just looking at things before making my purchase of what I thought I needed, obviously leaving with a couple “ surprises “!!! super clean, friendly staff and a great atmosphere

Zoe clipped my Jacks nails. He usually has an all out panic attack, but she did an awesome job and was returned to me very happy. I would highly recommend for in between grooming nail clips.

Had the pleasure of being helped out And checked out by Mason. He was so kind and helpful! Truly wanna keep going back there because of the great customer service.

Excellent staff and service. Used the self service pet wash. Towels, aprons, shampoo, were all included. Just one suggestion for the pet wash. We blow dried our GR and the fur was flying all over the store. We felt bad. Perhaps an enclosed plexiglass front with an exhaust fan in ceiling that will suck all the fur into the air and out roof.
