Pet Supplies Plus Nixa

On 12-5-25 we had just picked up a puppy and needed to get him a bath. It was close to closing time and the two people working were fantastic. They let us bathe our puppy and helped us with getting a shampoo that would be safe for him. We greatly appreciated everything they did for us. We live 7 hours away and I had to remind myself to write this review. Thank you again for all your help

Pretty unkind to not take back unopened specialty food after someone’s beloved dog dies. I would have erred on the side of kindness vs. a 30 day refund policy, but that’s just me. It takes someone time to get over their pet’s death and a little flexibility on policy would go a long way towards customer loyalty.

We have a certain dog treat we used to buy at tractor supply in Nixa,& with 3 big Collies we bought alot, they stopped carrying them ?? But pet supplies plus had them and they price match. They went so far as buying alot more just for us !! I Highly Recommend them in Nixa, Everyone That works there has gone above and beyond to be helpful. When Everyone is that Helpful it has to come from the Top Down,& they have several in Springfield Area. Great Job !!

Pet Supplies Plus in Nixa offers an excellent dog washing station! For just $14, they provide everything you need for a large dog wash, including a scrub brush and a variety of shampoo options. The water temperature and pressure are perfectly controlled, and they even have a blow dryer to finish off the bath. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to give their pup a quality wash!

Good experience. It was the first trip out for our dog as well. It went well. The service was good! They had the dog food brand we wanted. Also had a cool puppy treat and display.
