Pet Supplies Plus Montgomery

I took my baby to get groomed for his very first time! I was very nervous as I’ve never left my baby anywhere. Tobias and his assistant I believe her name was Haylie and I apologize if I am incorrect but they were both amazing! They asked questions about Romeo as much as I did. I got the puppy package and he did an absolutely amazing job!! Tobias and his assistant were very patient, loving, caring and you can tell how compassionate they are!!! You have to have 1000% patience with Romeo has he thinks it’s play time 24/7. lol I will keep coming back for Mr. Romeo as long as Tobias is there! I highly highly recommend him! I also did some shopping and everyone was very helpful and welcoming! I will be coming back to shop as well!!!

We needed a quick trim for our Domino but were apprehensive at first. We had taken our guy (a little 6lb long hair chi) to the Pet Supplies Plus on 242 in Conroe last year and they cut him in a couple of places. It was awful. We were so happy and surprised by the care Domino received. When we came to pick him, Tobias, our groomer was holding him. We let him know initially that our Domino needed some extra love because he does well but is super nervous. The whole experience was great though. Tobias took awesome care of him, did a great job grooming, and Domino was relaxed. Thanks so much. We are on a waiting list for a groomer nearer us but if they call to say they can get him in, it will be a hard decision about whether to make the extra trip and stick with Tobias. Good groomers

Amazing customer service wide selection and positive atmosphere, Alyss went above and beyond with my order. And the crickets seemed tasty to my reptiles it sure made them happy. Plus the Reptile decor available made a good home for Australian blue tongue skink!

This store has everything you need/want for all pets. It’s my dogs gotcha day and he destroys pretty much all toys so I can only buy hard bones. The guy at the counter was super nice and recommended getting a deer antler for my baby dog. And he LOVES it!!! Definitely recommend this place for any toys, treats, outfits, etc that you need !! They also have very good rewards/coupons! My total went down $15 today because I spent over $60!!!!

2 things...1 this store is my absolute go to for anything....if u need any information, whether it be bug, fish, or unicorn, I've come to the right place. Between every employee I've interacted w there has been very few times where I've been disappointed w my visit and the service received. Holly, Alexandra, Pele, and Jenny all have always been very kind to me over any purchases or questions I've had, and the workers are always so kind and very funny to listen to and watch. If u ever have a bad day, come here and walk around a few minutes, lol. This store knows how 2 have fun while being attentive to their jobs.
