Pet Supplies Plus Lyndhurst

Came to this location with my standard poodle to use the dog wash. The station was dirty and had only one clean towel available, the dirty towel basket was full and so was the trash can. Apparently there is a 20 minute time limit on using this station, which I wasn't aware of until an irate customer very rudely told me to hurry up and get out. Not sure why I wasn't notified of this despite telling the cashier I had a large dog I'd be washing that day. In my opinion, 20 minutes is not a reasonable amount of time to wash and dry a large breed dog, and I wouldn't have bothered using this facility had I known ahead of time. If this time limit was posted on a sign somewhere, it needs to be posted in a more obvious place.

I bring my dog Corndog here for the grooming and the staff is amazing with her. They are so patient, quick, calm and skilled - other places would only do what they do with her under medication but there is no need for that at your store. Really grateful for your services! Thank you!

I am unsure how I have missed reviewing this pet supplies plus. Our family and our cherished Bernedoodle love this store! They have the best groomers in Northeastern Ohio! The cashiers are always in the most pleasant mood, waiting to assist you with all your pet needs. I recommended scheduling your pets grooming and be prepared to be amazed at the phenomenal customer service and quality experience.

I’ve ordered pet friendly ice melt her from this location four times in the last five weeks. Thanks to our horrible weather and they have done such a good job of delivering it right up to my door and they use these really great bags that prevent the product from getting wet or snowy.
