Great experience buying fish for our freshwater aquarium! Customer service was quite good. Good variety of products for fish.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a huge selection of food, toys and supplies for pets. The prices were similar to other retailers. The dog wash was really busy while we were there. They have two bays for big dogs and two for small dogs. They have adoption events in the front of the store. We will be back.

Had a really great delivery experience. My order was received super fast. The only thing I wish is that I knew when it had arrived it sat on my porch for a little longer than what I would’ve liked.

The people who work here really seem to care about your pets and what you're looking for, always going out of their way to double check that they have a product that may not be on the shelf or even offer substitutions if unavailable. I like this location better because they're more likely to price match.Valid offers versus the other location. I will admit the other location as a few more products, but this location makes up for it with their customer service and willingness to help. Thank you all for being so accommodating to my boys and I, it genuinely means a lot!

Really pleased with this location! The store was cleaned and well maintained. The treats were easy to find, fresh and full, and lots of bags. Staff was friendly, even the pet adoption on sight was well run, organized, and the pups were clean, happy, and healthy. Definitely recommend for your pet supplies needs!
