Pet Supplies Plus Lemoyne

Been shopping here for years, but after my visit Friday with Josh at the checkout counter I will NEVER spend another dime with this company. I spend on average about $300 a month on pet supplies. After paying $120 for my items, Josh literally told me to “get out, leave” twice he said it. Then he refused to get the manager on duty. After several minutes of his refusal The manager finally took my information and said I would be contacted. Well yesterday I got a call and an apology and in the same breath she said that he would be spoken to about it and that was it. Zero consequences. I can’t support that at all. I told her that would cost her a regular customer and I will shop at PETCO or Chewy.

Went to this location for the first time last night to wash our pup. The self-service pet wash is a GOD SEND! It’s crazy convenient and they supply almost everything you need! The tubs are elevated so no more bending over (or, in our case, having to sit in) the tub! The two young ladies that were working were also super helpful and very kind to us.

This store has everything pets need and at very fair prices. Their rewards program is a great money saver, especially since I have two puppies! So glad to have this store within walking distance. Grooming services are fantastic as well… the groomer was friendly and gentle, and my pups even got cute bandanas afterwards!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wide variety of products. I got great coupons in the mail. I was able to take my time and just browse, it was my first visit to the store. And they had cats for adoption.

I recently adopted an adult dog from a rescue and am working on getting her bathed. I don't know her history and want to take it slow. I asked them if it would be possible for me to just bring her in to get her used to the tub and they encouraged it which was lovely to hear. I brought her in the next day to try with no plans of bathing her or getting her wet. An employee (woman with very short hair, I'm sorry I wish I knew your name) who has helped me there before, was disinfecting a tub and even helped me to encourage her up the steps and she went up! Then the manager, Steven I believe was his name, said hello to my dog and I explained what we were doing and he asked if he could come in to the bathing area. He went above and beyond for us and got in the tub to help me get her accustomed!
