Easy location to find with fun and friendly staff! Jocelyn was great with my pup and I really appreciate her calling me to keep me updated. She did such a great job. They’re very affordable for the great service they provide!

I took my husky Coconut to get groomed. She was shedding like CRAZY! After her groomer Pheonix and Jocelyn were done with her, I almost cried. I was so happy 😊 . I have gone to alot of groomers because I know the amount of work my dog takes. By far they are the best! Her shedding has already decreased by at least 75%. I will not go anywhere else! Top notch service and friendliness. The prices are Great too.

We went for the self wash with our 3 dogs and out toddler. It was chaotic but the staff was super nice to us. Our toddler of course said he had to go to the bathroom right as we were finishing up and we had to hurry out. We are usually pretty good at cleaning up the baths afterward but we had to rush out and the staff thankfully cleaned up after us. Huge shout out to the staff!

This is the pet supply store I usually frequent, but last night I was met with some unprofessional conduct from the staff, an older lady with short gray hair last night was stopping customers from purchasing dog food when myself and another patron tried to grab a certain brand of dog food on sale she came down the aisle yelling “don’t touch that! It’s mine.” As it laid on the shelf. I was very upset and almost left right there, but being tired and not wanting to go to another store I politely asked if there was more of that specific brand in the back or something, and turns out there was so I don’t see why she needs to make customers uncomfortable to shop here when there’s literally more of the same dog food available still, and if it wasn’t the customers should be the priority for that b

Terrible customer service. I arrived at 5:59pm on Sunday, 11/9/25, and Google clearly listed their closing time as 7:00pm. I simply asked to grab a single bag of dog food, something that would’ve taken less than 30 seconds, but the woman working (blonde with glasses) yelled at me and refused to help, claiming the point-of-sale system could not process a transaction. After waiting in the parking lot to write this review, the security guard came out to my car and said they could now complete my order. So I was scolded before 6pm for trying to purchase, but suddenly they’re able to take my payment minutes later? This inconsistency, combined with the inaccuracy of their posted hours and the sheer rudeness of the employee, is unacceptable. As a customer, I’m extremely disappointed. Poorly run
