I had made an appointment three weeks ago and my appointment was today this morning actually I arrive five minutes before and find out that there are no groomers I was told by the manager that the groomers haven’t been showing up. I tell her again that’s not my problem. I have a 10 o’clock appointment. She apologizes with trying to give me a coupon. I explained to them how I gave up my overtime today at work for the three week appointment that I had in advance. All week long you guys sent me three separate messages confirming the appointment. I also spoke to an actual human. This is horrible customer service horrible business. Shame on you for not calling the customer and canceling. Pet supply plus in Ronkonkoma always has the items I need in stock. Manager is always present and friendly. Only Store that I know that sends out coupons for high priced food. Associates always are always Nice and helpful. They look like they enjoy their job and that says a lot about the store manger .

Took my Mr.Doggy to the grooming department & Matt the groomer did an excellent job!! Matt was very professional & kind to my little Shih Tzu. Mr.Doggy was so happy wagging his tail. 🐶The whole team was very nice too! I highly recommend this place!

Staff is always super helpful and friendly. They offer to carry out my heavy dog food bags. They have a great rewards program. Favorite pet store!!

Great store , today we had Ryan help us pick out (2) new dog beds to match one we already had . He was extremely helpful and very friendly , the store is always stocked and very clean . Its very convenient, the staff members are all nice and eager to help with what your looking for . Highly recommend..
