Went to the store for the first time and was greeted with a friendly hello, not a, "Oh I have to say hi to you tone". The staff member was extremely helpful with knowledgeable information on what I was looking for. I am now making this my pet store due to the great experience I received on my first visit.
Hannah HELPED US SOOOOO MUCH! I’m so happy we found her , we have a French bulldog and she showed so much love. Now if you’re a pet lover you have to come see Hannah she’s the best! God bless her 🙏🏽❤️
I had a positive initial experience at this pet store when I stopped foot in this store last week. However, upon arriving home and a couple days later, I discovered that the bag of dog food I purchased was infested with insects. As I live an hour away from the store, I contacted them to discuss a possible resolution. I was informed that the only option was to return the food in person, which would require a two-hour round trip for a $20 bag of dog food. Unfortunately, this resolution is not feasible for me. Due to the inconvenience and lack of alternative solutions, I will not be returning to this store in the future.
I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus, Lake Park because of their great rewards and their excellent customer service! I am always able to find competitive prices, everyone is very helpful & my husky pup loves his toys & treats.
Best store in the area to buy dog food! Easy parking. Really friendly staff of course. I mean, they’re around animals all day!
