Everyone was super nice but unfortunately like a lot of pet stores, employees aren't fully educated on the needs of the animals. I was buying a hamster and they suggested I should get two. Hamsters are solitary and should never live together or they will hurt and possibly kill each other! other than that I appreciate that they do price matching but variety is limited for small animals

My new go-to for supplies for my dog and cats. In a word: GREAT! This is a big pet supply store I just discovered. I got a good coupon ad in the mail and went to check it out. The store is very clean and welcoming. It’s HuGE and well-supplied with pet food that other stores don’t carry or are always out of. My dog’s food was on a good sale (it is hard to find). Prices were what I pay at other places or online. I was greeted by three female employees who were all so nice and eager to ask, “do you need help?” I was browsing everything and LOVE the self-washing dog bath stations (they even supply towels).
