First time user,and was nicely surprised. Wash Systems user friendly, staff very helpful and pleasant to be with. Will be going back.

Plenty of options for all your pet supply needs. Has several options for aquariums and different types of fish. Also has birds,reptiles,hamsters,guinea pigs and spiders. Staff in always friendly and willing to help/give advice and knowledgeable. Prices are higher than other stores with the same products especially dog food.

Great selection. What I purchased was $10 off plus I was able to use my $10 off rewards coupon for $20 in total savings! Staff was very professional and friendly.

The store employees have been nothing but rude to us Whether we're trying to get our dog washed or get a specific Fromm canned food, they don't order the food he likes nor were we able to wash him Sunday night at 5:00pm. They let us buy a wash card and then told us they were closing and we weren't able to wash our dog. There was an hour before closing.

Their selection is limited being in a small town. Dogs, cats, fish, birds, you're covered. I have axolotls and usually need to order most of their needs. They do usually have a good selection of frozen foods.
