We love taking our big ole Huckleberry the Maremma to this well stocked dog wash at Pet Supplies. The dog wash is located at the left rear of the store and is easy to get to. You have to pay at the cashier first and for $15, it’s a great deal. The bath bays can take all sizes of dogs. Our Huckleberry is 150lbs and he easily fits in the first 2 shower bays. It’s elevated so we don’t break our backs trying to soap up his belly. There are plenty of towels, shampoos and conditioners for your pet. The shower bays are well equipped with great water nozzles and drainage systems. The water pressure is perfect and the warm water puts Huckleberry at ease. There’s a blow dryer that’s incredibly helpful especially for breeds with crazy thick fur. This pet wash and care center is what we’ve always been

This visit was unpleasant from start to finish. I purchased flea and tick shampoo simply because I like using it when bathing my dog—the peppermint scent works well. Despite this being a normal purchase, an employee decided it was appropriate to question whether my dog was “infected.” After I made it clear that this was not the case, she continued pressing the issue and making assumptions. The interaction was intrusive, judgmental, and completely unprofessional. The self-wash area only made things worse. It was filthy, overcrowded, and had a long line, with no warning given to customers. Spending $15 for a dirty, poorly maintained wash station is unacceptable, and the lack of basic customer service made it even more so. I had a really great experience when I went into the store looking for a treat for my little Yorkie. He is very picky and a heavy chewer. I asked for a recommendation from Diego he gave me his suggestion, but it was a little pricey, and I was a little hesitant. I purchased anyway and boy did I make a great decision my Yorkie loved it. Thanks Pet Supplies you nailed it. Way to go Diego!!!!😊

I went in after major medical to grab my dogs a bag of Stella and Chewys freeze dried pattys. When I went to the register the polite cashier rang up my bag and I questioned the price. We walked over to where they were and noticed that they were all put in the incorrect spot. I asked the cashier if they could honor the price since they were displayed incorrectly. Be very politely advised he would need approval from a manager- which I completely understand. This is where my experience changed. I was told by the manager Cooper that he could not just honor the price because he has no way of knowing if his employees incorrectly placed them in the display or if a customer moved them ALL. Best place around this area. They have so many selections for treats and food for dogs. Everyone who works here is very nice and knowledgeable.
