Kamille has terrible customer service. My husband tried to ask her how to sign up for the rewards about 3 times. She was too focused on ignoring him and asking us about our dog. And she still didn’t apply my purchase to my account. I just wish people who likes others worked as cashiers. Taking just one star off because I like Grosse Pointe. I just expected better.
Always super a friendly staff who truly love pets. And not for nothing, the customers and their pets are usually a joy to interact with as well. Great location, around several pet friendly patios and stores.
staff at the gp location are always friendly and very knowledgeable. the store is clean and organized. it’s obviously that everyone here loves pets!
