Pet Supplies Plus Gladstone

This was my first time using this self-serve pet wash because the location is convenient. Unfortunately, my first impression was poor. The wash station was very messy and covered in pet hair from the previous use, so I had to clean it myself before washing my dog. While I was washing my dog, several people were waiting, so I was mindful of time. The wash itself took about 15 minutes since my dog wasn’t very dirty. As soon as I started using the dryer, less than two minutes in, all the dryers suddenly stopped working. I asked a staff member for help, and he said the “power went out” and that an electrician would be needed, even though the rest of the store still had electricity. Staff are always friendly and helpful! They have a cat food that my cats prefer and this is the only place I can find it. Redford Salmon for Sensitive stomach. Hard cat food. 🐈

The store by my house (Liberty, MO) closed. The next closest is around 20 minutes away. I shop at Pet Supplies Plus due to their coupons. The only place I’ve found to pay less than retail on a regular basis. I called ahead and got excellent service to ensure they had the right brand, type, and size of what I needed. When it arrived it was waiting for me with the associate that greeted me warmly. The sale was pended for my convenience and I could have been in and out in 30 seconds; however, I had my dogs (Beagles) with me and we took a lap. When we went to leave I was offered help to my car. We were extremely grateful for this location after one of our pups rolled in something and got super dirty! We didn’t have the capability to bathe her at home so figured this was the best option without even realizing they would be closing in 30 minutes. We walked in completely oblivious and were still greeted with excitement to see our dogs and us. Once it was time for them to close we were politely informed of that but not rushed whatsoever. Even on our way out they told us to have a great nice and told us it was really no big deal at all! We now have 2 clean and happy pups thanks to these guys!🫶🏼

😍🐶🐱🛁🕶️💣I am always interested in a new business opening up. I had never heard of this store before. I think "oh another boring pet store". I shrugged that off to give it a chance, because I love my boxers dogs. I go in immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. It was like a house warming greeting instead of hello 5,440th customer. I was taken back by the open space of the store. They have very wide isle for people and pets. It had different premium brands that I had never seen before and the best feature is a self service dog wash. This was fantastic!! I had a Brain Griffin happy tail waggin' moment, but full disclosure I don't have a tail and I enjoy baths. The stalls vary in size, they provide towels, shampoo & conditioner (ex. oatmeal & hypoallergenic), conditioner, and fragrance
