2026 UPDATED!! Warning to double coated dog owners!!! If I could give this store a negative 100 stars I would. When booking online for a groom for next availability it does NOT let you know who your booking with till after booking. However, I’m not particularly picky with that considering I just like to give my Pomeranian a simple trim. He’s gone multiple times to this salon with no issues till now. For $70.00 they shaved my DOUBLE COATED POMERANIAN, which no sane groomer should ever do, despite there being notes on how to groom him. BEWARE of the groomer Shauntia. She has zero experience with grooming dogs and it shows. She shaved and gauged my double coated Pomeranian, left him uneven, and didn’t groom the specific areas I asked for. We have had nothing but good experiences with the grooming team at Pet Supplies Plus. Shauntia does a really nice job listening to our requests and always fills us in on what was done afterwards. Our puppy was a bit hesitant to be groomed at first but she is always shown patience and has grown to enjoy her visits there. Grateful to have this store nearby!

1st time in the store and was completely overwhelmed with my new puppy . The staff was super helpful and guided me thru the aisles . Great experience at Pet Supplies Plus Germantown

So our German short-hair decided it would be a great idea to roll in deer poo... The dog wash facilities here are Phenomenal! Not only do they provide u with 4 different shampoos, combs and brushes they also have a blow dryer and towels. They even provide you with an apron so u dont get wet! Everything u need to Pamper ur pooch! The convenience of not having to use my bathroom to wash deer poo off my dog is well worth every penny of the nominal fee they charge to use this facility. On another note, we walked the store after we were done and ended up buying a new harness and leash. They have a lot of good deals here. She doesn't look very happy in the photo... but she smells AWESOME!
