Pet Supplies Plus Garfield Heights

Everyone is great and helpful at pet supplies plus! Especially Missy! She goes beyond and above. She does amazing at grooming my both high maintenance dogs! I have a sheepadoodle and she had a ton of hair and Missy does a great job with her grooming and cut! She takes the time to brush her knots out and not just shave her bald! I also have a golden retriever, he's still a puppy and this is only his second grooming appointment and she made him feel safe and comfortable. She cares so much and it’s so easy to see that. She treats your dog like her own and has so much patience. Not only do my dogs look adorable but they don’t hate going to the groomers anymore like they used too because she calms their anxiety! I’m very pleased with my recent visit!!🥰 I took my poodle Bailey in for a groom here this past week and the groomer, Missy, did an AMAZING job! She is extremely friendly, has a great personality and listened to what I wanted exactly. I usually trim her down myself at home, but decided to take her for a professional groom and it was well worth it. She is very fluffy, clean and smells great. Her ears were also a problem, to which i communicated and she made sure to get them super clean. I will definitely be back and 100% recommend Missy if you’re looking to book!!!

I know these pet stores can generally have a bad reputation with most aquarists, but I have acquired about 90% of my aquarium supplies and live inhabitants from this store and have had ZERO issues! From snails to plants, goldfish to nano fish- no issues. I highly recommend! Staff is always very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable (and I do plenty of my own research too). Happy fish keeping y'all!

I took my dog to Pet supplies and they gave the exact cut asked them not to which was the lowest cut they could give and took 4.5 hours and they had the nerve to ask for a tip. Plus they were trying to tell me that my dog hair was matted but it was not, they tried to tell me that she was combative but she's not that type of dog I know my dog. They just gave a lot of excuses for a messed up cut I would not recommend this branch to no one. But they were nice people

the last 4 times i have placed a curbside order i have waited 20+ minutes after following the link in my email. i wait 20+ minutes in case the employees are busy, but eventually i give up and walk inside to get my order and there's never anyone in there or checking out. i only place curbside orders when an ankle injury is flaring and causing severe pain, so it's frustrating that it makes no difference to do that, because i have to go inside the store regardless. i get that working a gruelling job for minimum wage sucks eggs, but i really just want to get my things and go sometimes.
