Pet Supplies Plus Fridley

Outstanding customer service, knowledgable staff, great products. I had always ordered my pet supplies online until I found this fantastic store. My 6 month old golden retriever is getting groomed today for the first time, too. Today is our second time shoping (first time grooming) at Pet Supplies Plus and we will continue to be life long customers.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I made an appointment for both my dogs to get a bath, nail clipping and one of them to get groomed. My mom got there at 7:00 pm and witnessed the groomer yelling and hitting our puppies head!!! Once my mom confronted her she got defensive and another employee stepped in. Don’t bring your doggy’s here and if you do don’t let the old bat near your puppies!!

Nice place, good helpful employees. Always nice and friendly. They don't carry the food we use. And when I want to buy treats when they're on sale, they almost always have 2 bags. Can't buy more. This last trip they had 3! So I was pleased about that. You can order online and pick up. I believe you can have it delivered for a fee. They also will bring it out to your car, if need be. It's faster to go in and get it. But sometimes you need to stay in your car. This store carries a large variety of pet needs. Snacks, food, toys, leashes, etc. Beds, kennels. Tags can be made there. They also have some small pets. Grooming available. I also think each store is individually owned. So if you really like one more than the next, that would be why.

If you have a northern breed dog and are looking for a groomer, I recommend Melissa. As an owner of one, she recognizes the breeds needs. She is friendly and loving with the dogs. Every time I come into this Pet Supplies Plus, I am met with friendly faces and helpful employees.

I love pet supplies plus and this store has always had all the items I need in stock and often on sale. I recently switched over to their brand, OptimPlus, and my dogs who are sensitive, have allergies, and are picky have done awesome on their brand! Associates are always friendly and helpful, and their delivery is prompt. My favorite pet store and I’ve been to quite a few.
