Had to come in and grab a few items. Staff was available to help with my questioms. They seemed genuinely happy to help and be there. This made the experience a lot better. The dog wash os alsona great thing with the colder momths coming soon.

I recently placed an online order for dog food and when it was picked up we got the wrong food . I didn’t notice till we got home as the packages are almost identical except for a small label at the bottom . When I called the store Mara was most helpful and went out of her way to help me get the right sensitive food ( as my dog suffers allergies ). The staff could not be more accommodating and went above and beyond to fix the problem . I am so grateful that there are people out there who still provide great customer service . Mara you get 5 stars as does your store . You guys are all great ! Thank you !

I bought most of my fish from this pet store. One time I went there and saw a whole bunch of dead balloon mollies. I have hope that they have improved on keeping the fish in good health or at least cleaning the tank when there are dead fish. I like the way they set up the rewards. With the rewards you can get many discounts which is why I bought many of my fish from there. Most of them are healthy and have been breeding, but one of them that I bought seemed to have been in bad health. It died a few days after purchasing. I never added a large amount of fish to my fish tank at the same time. I always added 1 or 2 fish at a time. I am grateful that most of my fish came out healthy. I recently bought this seven day fish feeder from them in case I go on any long trips. Hopefully it works well.

I’ve been going to this location for years now and it has gotten even better than when I first started going. They have so many brands I can’t even get at other pet stores. Employees are always friendly and helpful. You don’t have to wait 20 minutes for someone to help you get crickets. Curbside pickup is always fast, they even leave a cute little note for you and the employee always have a smile on their faces when they come out to my car. When I order delivery, everything gets placed in a huge sealed plastic bag so it doesn’t get ruined from any weather it may be sitting outside in. The self service dog wash is simple to use. This location just so happens to also be close to home which offers convenient shopping if I need something in a pinch. I love the website and the rewards system as
