Pet Supplies Plus Copperas Cove

The only place in my area to sell the brand of dog food my dogs eat. Since their Killeen store has closed, I have to drive all the way to Cove to get my dogs food. The people are friendly and the store clean. I do like their dog wash area.

Always have a wonderful experience here. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Went in today 2-14-26, Terrence and the young lady working the front (I forgot to get her name) were both very helpful and friendly. 5 stars all around.

Just a delightful pet store! The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I commend them for such exceptional customer service. That kind of customer service is hard to come by anymore. The store offers a variety of pet supplies for almost any pet you may have, from tiny creatures to large. There's a great selection for any of your pets from lizards and fish to dogs and cats and everything in between--anything you may need for your beloved pet. And they have a great variety of treats and bones for your dogs. They have a variety of fish for your aquariums and the cutest guinea pigs, hamsters, and lizards. Clean establishment, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my two large dogs for a self service bath ( free for military on Sunday only) all others $10. 00, first come first serve. Soaps/shampoo and conditioner varieties available, towels and blow dryer provided. Would highly recommend for large and small dogs. This location has two wash bins one low for older and large dogs and step up for small/large dogs. Water items is preset easy to use. Great shopping for your pets as well. A variety of toys, foods, medical, training and services.

Most of the time they have the dog food I buy. The staff are always nice and helpful. It's nice that they offer to take out your 50lb. bag of food and load it on your vehicle. The dog wash area is great!
