Pet Supplies Plus Cold Spring

Pet Supplies Plus has long been my preferred Pet supplies shop and this location is great as well. Their employees seem to really care overall. Their quality dog food selection and wide selection of harnesses and collars are particularly nice.

Came in to buy cat nip for my cat, my friend happens to work here so I said hello while shopping. After saying hello to my friend, the manager Mahala asked if we were going to buy anything and if we weren’t we needed to stop talking to the workers and leave. We were clearly shopping and she was rude to us the entire time we were in the shop. Also as soon as we got to the register she just walked away. Leaving us to wait for someone else

This store is goated this is where i get cat litter they have animals in the store a lot of times the cats are really cute all around a good pet store i would say, to be fair tho basically the only pet store i ever been in as of late you cannot buy a pink fairy armadillo here sadly

Over heard the manager Mahala talking about my friend and I. She was being rude after we said hello to a worker who happens to be a friend of ours. When we walked up to the register she walked away but then walked back as soon as we left to yell at said worker. I will not be returning. I’ve heard bad things about the manager and I finally saw it for myself.

I love it here! Best place to shop by far! I know everyone names, I love the small owned business! They are the sweetest people ever! They also price match any of the items, unlike Petsmart and Petco!!!!!
