*Edit: I increased the rating from 1 to 3 stars because after posting this, I was contacted by one of the supervisors, Alex. He was just as enraged as me, hearing this story. He promptly made a vet appointment, apologized for the behavior of the employees and reassured that they will do the best they can for the poor little guy. Over the past 2 days, the bearded dragon I got from here started getting lethargic and Alex offered to take him to the vet for me as well. Despite the horrible experience last week, I do feel like the very professional and empathetic supervisor has redeemed the store. Well I went there to use the VIP pet clinic to get both of my cats vaccinated and A quick exam. The clinic was pretty good luckily I was my first time there and I had a coupon for 20% off cuz it's you know vet cares not cheap so for the vaccination the rabies shot and a fecal sample and I had one cat's nails clipped It was about $207 bucks. It literally took three of us to get one of my cat's nails clipped. He's a very much everything on his own terms kind of guy! My Smokey is that way. It was very easy to make your appointment online if you wanted to make an appointment. I did make the appointment I didn't want to do a walk-in because I didn't want to wait around with both cats and carriers especially one not being very happy at all about being in his carrier. The store is a great place to take my dogs for a bath. However, the employees are always eager to leave work early. They close the dog wash at 8:20 p.m., which is 40 minutes before the store closes. This is unacceptable.

New vet clinic inside attracted us in. Website says first come, first served. Had to wait in car until called. Don't know how many people are in front of you or how long it will take. Waited about 40 minutes. Staff of clinic and store are very nice. We saved a lot of money over usual vet visits. Our dog was pretty excited to shop for Christmas gifts and discover other animals. We also set up his first grooming appointment that seems quite reasonably priced.
