Hi! I was actually planning to come back & write something here as well. Just saw your reply & funny am actually planning to come in later today/this evening. I would've gave 4 n a half Stars but there's no half Stars lol! The only reason I didn't give 5 is id personally like to see a few Arachnids Tarantulas & Jumping Spiders in there etc. I realize space is limited among other reasons & i know there's supposedly 2 Jumping Spiders there or was last time i was there last week but if they are still in there they are probably hiding in the wood/bark pieces & are so small you can't find them unless one takes them out to look better. Anyways as a Spider Enthusiast 🕷 it be nice to see at least a couple more in there. I have 3 Tarantulas myself currently. Anyways just a thought to share & as wel

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Cameron, who helped find the collar we dropped after giving our fur babies a bath. He held onto it until we were able to pick it up for which we are grateful.

I come here about once a week to get crickets for my son's lizard. They are always polite and helpful. They have a large selection of pet supplies for all kinds of pets. This location also has a dog wash.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! AND SO DO MY BOYS!!!! 🐕 every time we walk in every one acknowledges we're there and offer my pugs a treat, very friendly and knowledgeable staff, thank you for all your hard work and dedication to our community!!!! Recommendation 💯 😊

Customer service could go along way. It’s a shame they wouldn’t open the pet wash earlier like they do in other cities…I wonder if they’d have opened it for their ideal client? This is not my first bad shopping experience here…Wish there were more options for DIY pet washing…pet food is sold most anywhere, service is not. I was offered a choice between the high dog wash and the low one just to find and be told the lower one doesn’t work when all she had to do was cut the incoming water line on. So I lost 10 minutes because they want you to do their work! Ugh 🤦🏽‍♀️
