Took my golden retriever Enzo for grooming and we had a lovely lady named Katelynn! She did so amazing with our anxious boy. She did absolutely amazing with his grooming and she was so nice and very bright! We would leave way more stars if we could because she was great and our golden gave her the biggest hug ever which is the sweetest! She deserves a raise, we will definitely be using her again ❤️❤️

Not happy at all with the grooming service, my dog looks like he was hardly cut. The parts they did cut are not even. One ear was trimmed the other was not. The essential oils or whatever they put on him smells horrible. Over all not a good experience and we probably will never go back. Had to re wash my dog at home. Called and talked to an assistant and got no where. Very disappointed

Everyone there are amazing. Lexi takes care of my Dixie and she is amazing. Dixie is older and set in her ways, she hates a bath and getting her nails cut but she gets so excited to see her. In 30 seconds she's looking for a belly rub and has a huge smile on her face. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our furry friends.

Great friendly staff always helpful!! We love the pets they have there it's where our kiddos spend whole time!! They also frequently send 30% off texts which are so very helpful to everyone with holidays right around the corner!! ❤️ 💙
