Lots of great supplies. We bought our gerbils there and they are healthy and very friendly.

Previously had 5 star review but recently ffound out that I lost a TON of rewards points. Instead of me being able to transfer anytime in the year, they now transfer the points to rewards coupons automatically and you lose them a month after!! NOT COOL. Love this place! They are always well stocked. The employees are knowledgeable, courteous, and on top of things. And they will match ANY price from anywhere! (INCLUDING AMAZON!). Not that you need that often because their prices are really good! Just bought several stuffed Highland cows that are pretty large and several stuffed lambs...the cows were 19.98 and the lambs were 17.98 that were both Buy 1 get 1 half off. . We've had to switch dog good brand years ago because our dog has had allergic reactions to other dog foods and pet supply plus is the only store close to us that carries the brand we can use, and not to pick because I'm desperate and need it, but this is the third time I've came here and bought my brand dog food and the store doesn't carry pennies anymore apparently and they round down stealing my pennies, and the brand I buy for my dogs is $33+ for a 12lb bag as it is, shouldn't they be rounding up instead of stealing my change? I save my change for rainy days, and i feel they should be rounding up to the nickel instead of stealing my pennies!

I had such a great experience at Pet Supplies Plus in Battle Creek today. I was looking for a specific canned food and they only had one when I needed two. A manager, Chris, overheard my conversation and went out of his way to bring me to another section that had exactly what I was looking for without me even having to ask. On top of that, he pointed out a coupon available and he helped me save money. Chris was incredibly kind, and proactive. This is the kind of customer service that really stands out and keeps people coming back.
