Pet Supplies Plus Austintown

Don’t even bother with this place if you need to get your dog a cut go somewhere else. For one PetSmart is cheaper and two if you’re running a bit late even five minutes late they won’t take you. They’ll tell you to go somewhere else. It’s snowing and I was running 10 minutes late and they didn’t take my dog mind you again it’s snowing. I’m not going to be rushing risking my life to make the appointment so no this place doesn’t even give you any grace. Save your time and go somewhere where they give grace and understand when the weather is bad! I would never waste my money again here! They are just rude!

My fish tank filter fried itself in the middle of cleaning, I rushed up here knowing they were about to close I thought I made it just in time just to walk up to the door locked at 7:55 and employees standing around shrugging saying we’re closed. Hours listed on the building and online say 8 so clearly someone needs talked to.

Update: Sunday June 8, 2025. I left the previous comment on the pricing of their variety packs and I think I got a response back from the owner saying he appreciated the feedback but they don't care enough to change anything so they've lost my business now! A 40 pack is still $32 and the per can price is 80 cents a can. Bad business is all you run because you don't know what the hell you're doing and just because you can afford to buy a business doesn't mean you should own one! And people wonder why people have a tendency to not support small business owners because they don't have any business sense! Every other one of your competitors has better pricing than you and you're a specialty store you should be a little smarter than that. So Walmart and PetsMart get my business and I have 3 cat
