Pet Supplies Plus Appleton

I placed and prepaid an order for Stella & Chewy’s kibble on 12/13/2025 and was told I would receive a call when it came in. After not hearing anything, I followed up at the end of December and again in January. Each time, I was told they weren’t sure when the shipment would arrive, but that I would be contacted as soon as they had an update. I was also informed I couldn’t pick it up from another Pet Supplies location. Today, when I called again, I was told by the manager on duty that they are no longer carrying the kibble version of Stella & Chewy at all. This was the first time I was made aware of that change. I completely understand that product availability and supplier decisions can change. However, since I had already prepaid for the item, I would have appreciated a proactive update

The Outagamie County Dog park is a big park with trails and big open areas. There is also another good size section for little dogs. One of the nicer dog parks that we have been to.

Hands above the other chain pet stores! The employees are so nice and always helpful. They never make you feel like youre bothering them, unlike "ahem" another pet store in the area.

While their have been issues with the website as it's not so user friendly, I have to say the customer service representatives in the store are fantastic!! Very courteous and friendly. Went above and beyond with the help I needed! And I did use the curbside service which was excellent ! Thank you!

A clean and organized store with very helpful and friendly staff. I always find what I need and complete my pet errands without any hassle.
