Great store, great staff. Got my pittie a toy that he couldn't chew up, (and that's saying a lot,) recommended by a very friendly employee, Jay. He gave me a very informative rundown of all the tough chewer toys and I finally managed to get one that he hasn't destroyed. That, and I was given some great advice for my jumping spider. Heavily recommended!!!

Our first time bringing our dog for a bath . I called first and had a very pleasant chat with a young lady who explained everything throughly so we knew what to expect . Once we got there Rae made sure we had everything we need it and helped us choosing a brush best for our dog . Extremely pleasant experience- both young ladies were very friendly, kind and patient Gear selection of snacks and toys

Locally this is the most affordable pet wash. Pay $40 get a "card" and get 5 washes, which is $8 a wash. They provide the towels, shampoo and 2 of the 3 pet washes have a blow dryer. While they aren't as larger as a PetSmart or Petco they have a decent selection of Dog and cat food and offer items for small animals /reptiles and fish. I wish they had aquatic plants but they have a distributor issue And don't get them in as often as they would like. So if you're looking for those in particular I will call in advance. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They have decent sales so it's always easy to pick up a snack or toy for your fur baby.

We had a small problem, as noted in the post I wrote a little over a year ago, that is at the end of this HORRIBLE review. Since the one incident, everything has been great, BUT this week, we took our dog to get groomed and have her hair trimmed. TRIMMED. When she returned, she literally looked like a 5 year old took a pair of clippers to her. ALL of her hair SHAVED. Very uneven, patchy, random long chunks here and there. Completely took her head and ear hair, which was so cute. Her head hair i could twirl, and it would stand up on its own. It was adorable. And the hair on her ears was the same length. The good thing is it will grow back. But the weather is turning cold and she needs that hair
