Pet Supermarket

This place is fantastic! We always come here to bathe my dog, and the staff are super affectionate with her. For only $15, we get towels, shampoo, and conditioner. There’s a huge variety of food, toys, and accessories for all kinds of pets. They have three bathing stations where you can bathe your dog at the same time and then dry them with air hoses. Special shout-out to Zack for being so kind and informative with us. This is the best place in Weston!

Today at around 10:30, I came into the store to purchase dog food and noticed that there was only one person working. There were two other people waiting to check out, and we waited about 10 minutes while she helped another person. During that time, I noticed another male employee wearing glasses go into the back. Thankfully, a blonde gentleman who had just arrived noticed we had been waiting and rang us out quickly. While I appreciated his customer service, it was disappointing to see the other employee was left to manage everything on her own.

We stopped here on our way home and picked up a bag of dog food. We later found live maggots had hatched and were climbing up our walls and in the dog food bowl and in the bag as well as other surrounding areas. The horror! Our dogs got sick from it. Obviously we will not return to this store and have since found an entirely new supplier. We threw out the bag of food and didn’t think to take pictures when we were more focused on finding and killing each one.

Amazing experience! Me and my daughter took our American bull dog here on a Saturday afternoon at about 12:30 to use their dog bathing facilities. I worried that all the tubs would be filled and that we would have to be standing around for quite some time with a huge dog on a leash but that wasn’t the case at all. When we first walked in all the tubs were full but after a short 10 minute wait and a $10 fee- we were IN! This place is extremely worth every penny and we’ve decided to make it a weekly thing.

We only own fish at this time, but we go there for anything we need for the fish and for my kids to check out all the animals. They are always well staffed, very friendly and let you peruse (like my kids love to do weekly) without being annoyed if we don't buy anything and just came to visit the creatures.
