Pet Supermarket

We had an amazing experience at Pet Supermarket! We came in thinking we’d browse, and left with a bunny and a beautiful blue Quaker parrot! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked us through everything we needed to know to care for both pets and helped us pick out the best food, cages, bedding, and toys. You can tell they really love animals and want new pet owners to feel confident and supported. Both our bunny and parrot have settled in great and are already part of the family. Thank you for making this such a fun and smooth experience, we’ll definitely be back for all our pet needs!

I placed an order for a product through DoorDash, which clearly stated 40 pounds, but I received one that weighed only 4 pounds. I felt cheated.….

Stood around and wait for 15 minutes to buy some fish before walking out. One girl was bust with cashing out customerservice. The other just had her head phones in and never ask if I needed help.

Excellent customer service and cute animals! The store is super clean and well run. You can tell the employees care about the animals and know what they are talking about

I really like these pet supermarkets. Everything's just simple, without any pressure. Pauline was super helpful; we needed a specific brand of cat food for a friend and she was able to walk right over to it, and point it out. One of those things where it was right in front of our face the whole time.
