I would give zero if I could. I went there to buy some neon tetras for my tank, and I told the girl I have a beta fish and asked if that would be okay for them to be together. She told me yes so I bought them.. Well she gave me jumbo beta fish which KILL betas. And I had no idea it would hurt my beta bc she told my otherwise. Now my beta is DEAD!!!! THEY ATE HIS FINS AND ATTACKED HIM

Purchased expensive specialty dog food. After getting it home I found several spots on the bag had been taped. I'm sure that means mice got into the food. Shame on Pet Supermarket for such a practice they know they can make your pet sick from mice dropping in the bag. I'll also be reporting them to the company who distributes the food. This is why they don't allow large companies to carry their food.

Staff is great in this place knowledgeable with the animals and products they sell. Hardly ever a wait to check out which is a big one for me as I run in to say hi to the pets on my way back to get bugs for my pet. This place is kept clean and thr animals look cared for and not neglected. I will continue to keep going back.

Came in to grab some aquarium plants and left with all my fish questions answered expertly by Ryan. My betta has not been doing well and he didn't shame me for only having a 3.5 gallon tank like most have. He taught me how to make it the best tank for what I have. They also have the SWEETEST sun conure that needs a home if anyone has a spare 1500 ❤️ I wish we did! Thank you pet supermarket. We will be back
