Extremely Concerning Grooming Experience & Lack of Management Accountability I took my Golden Doodle to Pet Supermarket for a groom. After 2.5 hours, I checked in and was shocked to find the grooming only half done and my dog visibly anxious and shaken. What happened next was unacceptable. The groomer, John (Jack), was visibly frustrated, yelling, and at one point lifted and threw my dog onto the bench. No pet should ever be handled this way. When I stepped into the grooming area to calm my dog, John kept complaining that his trimmer “wasn’t working,” and admitted he hadn’t maintained his grooming tools in over six months because it was “too expensive.” He continued slamming tools, raising his voice, and throwing items around. I got a new puppy for my Kiddos and went to Per Supermarket to purchase some items for him. Serin greeted me and offered to help if I needed anything. I explained I purchased a new puppy and need everything necessary to keep him alive, healthy, and entertained. She was so patient and kind. She helped with food, sweaters, toys, puppy pads, and treats. She also gave tips on bathing and potty training him. She really went above and beyond. I feel she really loves animals and is truly the right fit for the job. I will return to this particular store just because of her customer service.

SERIN IS SO AWESOME SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND MADE SURE I HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED. SHE EVEN OFFERED SUGGESTIONS SINCE WE ARE NEW PET OWNERS AND EVEN PRINTED ME OUT A CHECKLIST FOR WHAT I NEED FOR OUR NEW PUPPY. AND ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT, SHE WAS EXTREMELY KIND.

My experience at this location was awesome!! Serin helped me with my first puppy purchases and went down a check list of all the things I would need. She was full of smiles and suggestions! She asked questions and engaged with the item picking also!! It made the experience less overwhelming and more fun and obtainable for a first time buyer like myself. I will definitely be back!!

I’m always so impressed with Brent’s above and beyond efforts to assist his customers. He always has a smile and is willing to check in the back, reach for top shelf items and check online for more details. I really appreciate this store for the product selection and helpful, pleasant staff!
