I got my sweet boy from here! I’ve had him for almost 2 months now and he’s the light of my life. They helped me find all the right products for him (cage, food, bedding etc)… even though he ended up being free roam because he’s so well behaved! They also price match here which is awesome.

There is no point in telling the truth in these reviews if you all are just Going to erase the most informative and truthful of them. Again the lady cashier has a real problem. I wrote my review Explaining in detail my experiences at this particular store and less than a week later my response is no longer found. A waste of time.

Needed a 20 gallon fish tank with full packaging. This Pompano store on US1 is lacking in range of supplies. I was very disappointed., but bought the item at The Tamarac store on Commercial Blvd. The Tamarac store and the Coral Springs store on University Drive are far better.

I’ve gone to this specific store on multiple occasions and usually have a wonderful visit but whenever this one woman is there she gives me, my daughter and her mother in separate situations the worse attitude. I remember coming in one time and dropped a $10 bill and she went and stepped on it as if I didn’t see it, picked it up and throw it down one of the pet toy aisle. I watched her and told that she must need it and that she could keep it as a tip. At first she denied but did give me back that bill. But this evening I went to buy some new fish walked in and spoke Hello and got the most inappropriate look of disgust from the lady cashier. Buy 3 get 1 advertised and in small print says only for VIPs, instead of saying that at checkout when I said no to phone number and then charged me full price wouldn’t honor. Really bad customer service and lost a local client.
