I had an amazing experience today purchasing our new Holland Lop bunny!!! The sweetest lady let me hold him and we walked around and she helped me pick out his cage and all the supplies he needed!!! He has already hopped up to me 4 times and kissed me on the lips, he's the sweetest boy!!! Thank you for our new baby "Harley" and for your compassion and knowledge that you shared with me!!! ❤️🐰

I was very disappointed. Me and my daughter came in to look around. Store was super clean, animals were super clean. We went to check out the fish and they had multiple dead fish in multiple tanks!!! That’s not something you want to see while looking for a fish. Not only were there dead but the tanks are very dirty!!!! I’ll never purchase a fish from this place with the tanks dirty and dead fish!!!!!

It's just ok. I want to buy fish here but they always have the same few kinds, and some are completely empty of fish. I also wish that they would stock enough of each fish so you could buy the proper amount to keep the fish happy. I won't buy 2-3 when they like to stay in groups of 6 or more etc. On a good note, the store is nice and clean.

Staff is very helpful and they have all that we need. We have a curly haired tarantula and we are able to buy crickets one at a time unlike petco who makes you buy all 40. My spider only eats about 12 a week so it was very nice to find a place to buy crickets that aren't going to go to waste.
