I had a wonderful experience at the Pet Supermarket when visiting with my mom. We were shopping for supplies for my cats and for her birds, and everything we needed was easy to find with a great selection of products. What truly made our visit exceptional was the service we received from Asia, the cashier. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She took the time to explain different products to us and made sure we had everything we needed. Her welcoming attitude and genuine kindness made us feel valued as customers. Asia’s professionalism and friendliness are a perfect example of how customer service should be. She made our visit a pleasure, and we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

Great experience at our local pet supermarket. Went by to get cat and parakeet food with the kids and they wanted to touch all the animals. Karla was so patient and answered all of our questions. Superb customer service. Thank you, Karla.

None of the price tags in the store for cat food we’re correct. Flavors, brands, and pound sizes were always different and finding the right food was incredibly frustrating. After searching and finally finding a deal on healthy cat food I liked I realized the advertised deal tag was expired for over a week. Someone isn’t managing this store properly. I understand corporate support plays a huge role. I used to be a manager at a big box retailer, but I’ve never had this problem at a pet supermarket before

They don't answer their phone, ever, and their message box is full. Some of the staff don't know what they're doing. Refuse to honor Primal's "buy 12, get 1 free" program.
