They have the most special dog food choices of most of the local pet stores that don't have chicken or turkey in them. I like the way it's mapped out inside. Easy to find things and big dog selection on treats.

I called this place over the span of four months and they never have any crabs when they get their shipments, that’s 33% of a year. Petco and Petsmart are really good at keeping up with what they need on their next shipments and always have their next shipment of vampire crabs less than a month but this place is worse than a mom and pop store when it comes to getting their stuff. I’d rather go to a mom and pop store but there aren’t any in Lakeland anymore so I’m forced to go to these incompetent stores for everything. Such a waste of time calling them every week just for them to say they forgot to put them on their shipment. What kind of third rate management did they hire?

Really great service and knowledge of fish and fish keeping. I go there for their fish, and they have really improved and gotten the right people in there who understand what new fish keepers need and what seasoned fish keepers are looking for. Very well balanced.
